Owner: Teruaki Kawabe
Born in Tokyo in 1974, he is a unique chef who has traveled to about 20 countries overseas and come into contact with a wide variety of cultures and climates. He trained in Japanese cuisine at the famous sake izakaya "Akaoni". He founded "Ken" in 2004 when he was 30 years old. He continues to offer dishes that make the most of the original ingredients of Japanese cuisine, as well as dishes that go well with alcohol. It is a place that alcohol lovers will not get bored of even if you go there every day.
